มาตรา 603
- ถ้าผู้รับจ้างเปนผู้จัดหาสัมภาระ และการที่จ้างทำลายฤๅบุบสลายลงก่อนส่งมอบโดยเหตุสุดวิสัย ฤๅเหตุประการอื่นไซร้ ท่านว่าความวินาศอันนั้นตกเปนพับแก่ผู้รับจ้าง และสินจ้างก็เปนอันไม่ต้องใช้

- If the materials have been supplied by the contractor, and the work is destroyed or damaged by force majeure or otherwise before due delivery, the contractor must bear the loss and no remuneration is to be paid.
