มาตรา 615

• ถ้าได้ทำใบตราส่งให้แก่กัน ท่านว่าของนั้น จะรับมอบได้ต่อเมื่อเวนคืนใบตราส่ง
• ถ้าใบตราส่งหาย ท่านว่าจะรับมอบเอาของไปได้ต่อเมื่อให้ประกันตามสมควร

• [I] If a consignment note has been made, delivery can be obtained only on its surrender.
• [II] If the consignment note has been lost, the delivery can be obtained only on giving proper security.
