มาตรา 621

• ค่าสินไหมทดแทนในการส่งมอบของชักช้านั้น ท่านห้ามมิให้คิดเกินกว่าจำนวนเช่นจะพึงกำหนดให้ในเหตุของสูญหายสิ้นเชิง
