มาตรา 718
- จำนองย่อมครอบไปถึงทรัพย์ทั้งปวงอันติดพันอยู่กับทรัพย์สินซึ่งจำนอง แต่ต้องอยู่ภายในบังคับซึ่งท่านจำกัดไว้ในสามมาตราต่อไปนี้

- A mortgage extends to all things which are connected with the mortgaged property, subject, however to the restrictions contained in the three following Sections.
