มาตรา 722
- ภาระจำยอมฤๅทรัพย์สิน[=ทรัพย์สิทธิอย่างอื่น]อันก่อให้ขึ้นเหนือทรัพย์สินซึ่งจำนองด้วยสัญญาฤๅพินัยกรรม เปนเหตุให้ทรัพย์สินซึ่งจำนองเสื่อมราคานั้น ถ้าว่าจดทะเบียนภายหลังจดทะเบียนจำนอง ท่านมิให้ยกขึ้นเปนข้อต่อสู้ผู้รับจำนอง เว้นแต่ผู้รับจำนองจะได้ตกลงด้วยในการทำสัญญาฤๅพินัยกรรมเช่นนั้น

- No servitude or other real right created by agreement or will upon a mortgaged property by which the value of the property is depreciated and which is registered after the registration of the mortgage may be set up against the mortgagee unless he has agreed to it.
