มาตรา 7
  • ถ้าจะต้องเสียดอกเบี้ยแก่กันและมิได้กำหนดอัตราดอกเบี้ยไว้โดยนิติกรรมหรือโดยบทกฎหมายอันชัดแจ้ง ให้ใช้อัตราร้อยละเจ็ดครึ่งต่อปี
