มาตรา 786

• ตราบใดสินค้าที่เก็บรักษาไว้ไม่ได้จำนำ ท่านว่าจะโอนใบรับของคลังสินค้าและประทวนสินค้าไปต่างหากจากกันไม่ได้อยู่ตราบนั้น

• As long as the goods stored are not pledged, the warehouse receipt and the warrant may not be transferred separately.
