มาตรา 820
  • ตัวการย่อมมีความผูกพันต่อบุคคลภายนอกในกิจการทั้งหลายอันตัวแทนฤๅตัวแทนช่วงได้ทำไปภายในขอบอำนาจแห่งฐานะตัวแทน
