มาตรา 834
- ถ้ามิได้ตกลงกันไว้เปนอย่างอื่น ท่านว่าตัวแทนค้าต่างชอบที่จะได้รับบำเหน็จโดยอัตราตามธรรมเนียมเพื่อกิจการค้าขายอันตนได้จัดการให้ตกลงไปนั้นทุกรายไป

- Unless otherwise agreed, a commission agent is entitled to a usual rate of remuneration on every transaction concluded by him.
