มาตรา 915
- ผู้สั่งจ่ายตั๋วแลกเงินและผู้สลักหลังคนใด ๆ ก็ดี จะจดข้อกำหนดซึ่งจะกล่าวต่อไปนี้ลงไว้ชัดแจ้งในตั๋วนั้นก็ได้ คือ
- (๑) ข้อกำหนดลบล้างฤๅจำกัดความรับผิดของตนเองต่อผู้ทรงตั๋วเงิน
- (๒) ข้อกำหนดยอมลดละให้แก่ผู้ทรงตั๋วเงินซึ่งหน้าที่ทั้งหลายอันผู้ทรงจะพึงต้องมีแก่ตนบางอย่างฤๅทั้งหมด

- The drawer of a bill of exchange, and any indorser, may insert therein an express stipulation :
- (1) Negativing or limiting his own liability to the holder;
- (2) Waiving as regards himself some or all of the holder's duties.
