มาตรา 931
- การรับรองนั้นพึงกระทำด้วยเขียนลงไว้ในด้านหน้าแห่งตั๋วแลกเงินเปนถ้อยคำสำนวนว่า "รับรองแล้ว" ฤๅความอย่างอื่นทำนองเช่นเดียวกันนั้น และลงลายมือชื่อของผู้จ่าย อนึ่งแต่เพียงลายมือชื่อของผู้จ่ายลงไว้ในด้านหน้าแห่งตั๋วแลกเงิน ท่านก็จัดว่าเปนคำรับรองแล้ว

- An acceptance is written onthe face of the bill of exchange. It is expressed by the word "accepted", or any other equivalent term and signed by the drawee. The mere signature of the drawee on the face of the bill constitutes an acceptance.
