มาตรา 961

• คำคัดค้านนั้นให้กรมการอำเภอ ฤๅผู้ทำการแทนกรมการอำเภอปนผู้ทำ ในเมื่อผู้ทรงตัวแลกเงินยื่นคำร้องขอ
