มาตรา 1020
- บุคคลทุกคน เมื่อได้เสียค่าธรรมเนียมตามกำหนดในกฎข้อบังคับของเสนาบดีเจ้ากระทรวงแล้ว ชอบที่จะตรวจเอกสารซึ่งนายทะเบียนเก็บรักษาไว้ได้ ฤๅจะขอให้นายทะเบียนทำใบสำคัญแสดงการจดทะเบียนห้างหุ่นส่วนฤๅบริษัทใด ๆ ให้ก็ได้ ฤๅจะขอให้คัดสำเนาฤๅเนื้อความในเอกสารฉะบับใด ๆ พร้อมด้วยคำรับรองว่าแท้จริงมอบให้ก็ได้

- Every person is entitled to inspect the document kept by the Registrar, or to require a certificate of the registration of any partnership or company, or a certified copy or extract of any other document, to be delivered to him by the Registrar, on payment of such fee as may be prescribed by the regulations issued by the competent Minister.
