มาตรา 1032

• ห้ามมิให้เปลี่ยนแปลงข้อสัญญาเดิมแห่งห้างหุ้นส่วน ฤๅประเภทแห่งกิจการ นอกจากด้วยความยินยอมของผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนหมดด้วยกันทุกคน เว้นแต่จะมีข้อตกลงกันไว้เปนอย่างอื่น

• No change in the original contract of partnership or in the nature of the business may be made except by the consent of all the partners, unless there be an agreement providing otherwise.
