มาตรา 1042

• ความเกี่ยวพันระวางหุ้นส่วนผู้จัดการกับผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนทั้งหลายอื่นนั้น ท่านให้บังคับด้วยบทบัญญัติแห่งประมวลกฎหมายนี้ว่าด้วยตัวแทน
