มาตรา 1065

• ผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนอาจถือเอาประโยชน์แก่บุคคลภายนอกในบันดาสิทธิอันห้างหุ้นส่วนจดทะเบียนนั้นได้มา แม้ในกิจการซึ่งไม่ปรากฏชื่อของตน
