มาตรา 1069

• นอกจากในกรณีทั้งหลายที่บัญญัติไว้ใน มาตรา ๑๐๕๕ ท่านว่าห้างหุ้นส่วนจดทะเบียนย่อมเลิกกันเมื่อห้างหุ้นส่วนนั้นล้มละลาย
