มาตรา 1091
  • ผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนจำพวกจำกัดความรับผิดจะโอนหุ้นของตนปราศจากความยินยอมของผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนอื่น ๆ ก็โอนได้
