มาตรา 1173
- การประชุมวิสามัญจะต้องนัดเรียกให้มีขึ้น ในเมื่อผู้ถือหุ้นมีจำนวนหุ้นรวมกันไม่น้อยกว่าหนึ่งในห้าแห่งจำนวนหุ้นของบริษัท ได้เข้าชื่อกันทำหนังสือร้องขอให้เรียกประชุมเช่นนั้น ในหนังสือร้องขอนั้น ต้องระบุว่าประสงค์ให้เรียกประชุมเพื่อการใด
Section 1173. (Final Draft of Dec. 1924 in English from Vol.88)
- Extraordinary meetings must be summoned if a requisition to that effect is made in writing by shareholders holding not less than one-fifth of the shares of the company. The requisition must specify the object for which the meeting is required to be summoned.
