มาตรา 1209
  • ผู้สอบบาญชีนั้น ให้ที่ประชุมสามัญเลือกตั้งใหม่ทุกปี
  • ผู้สอบบาญชีคนซึ่งออกไปนั้นจะเลือกกลับเข้ารับตำแหน่งอีกก็ได้
