มาตรา 1249

• ห้างหุ้นส่วนก็ดี บริษัทก็ดี แม้จะได้เลิกกันแล้ว ก็ให้พึงถือว่ายังคงตั้งอยู่ตราบเท่าเวลาที่จำเปนเพื่อการชำระบาญชี
