มาตรา 1250

• น่าที่ี่ของผู้ชำระบาญชี คือชำระสะสางการงารของห้างหุ้นส่วนฤๅบริษัทนั้นให้เสร็จไป กับจัดการใช้หนี้เงินและแจกจำหน่ายสินทรัพย์ของห้างหุ้นส่วนฤๅบริษัทนั้น
