มาตรา 1296
- ถ้าในข้อบังคับของสมาคมฤๅที่ประชุมใหญ่มิได้ระบุบุคคลนิติสมมดใดไว้ให้เปนผู้รับสินทรัพย์ที่เหลือไซร้ ท่านว่าสินทรัพย์ที่เหลือนั้นตกเปนของแผ่นดิน

- If no juristic person has been designated by the regulations or by the association in general meeting, the remaining assets become the property of the State.
