มาตรา 194
- ด้วยอำนาจแห่งมูลหนี้ เจ้าหนี้ย่อมมีสิทธิจะเรียกให้ลูกหนี้ชำระหนี้ได้ อนึ่ง การชำระหนี้ด้วยงดเว้นการอันใดอันหนึ่งก็ย่อมมีได้
