มาตรา 491
  • อันว่าขายฝากนั้น คือสัญญาซื้อขายซึ่งกรรมสิทธิ์ในทรัพย์สินตกไปยังผู้ซื้อ โดยมีข้อตกลงกันว่าผู้ขายอาจไถ่ทรัพย์นั้นคืนได้
