มาตรา 492
  • ทรัพย์สินซึ่งขายฝากนั้น ถ้าไถ่ภายในเวลาที่กำหนดในสัญญาก็ดี หรือภายในเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนดไว้ก็ดี ท่านให้ถือเป็นอันว่ากรรมสิทธิ์ไม่เคยตกไปแก่ผู้ซื้อเลย
