มาตรา 505

• อันว่าขายเผื่อชอบนั้น คือการซื้อขายกันโดยมีเงื่อนไขว่าให้ผู้ซื้อได้มีโอกาสตรวจดูทรัพย์สินก่อนรับซื้อ
