มาตรา 519
- บทบัญญัติทั้งหลายในลักษณะซื้อขายนั้น ท่านให้ใช้ถึงการแลกเปลี่ยนด้วย โดยให้ถือว่าผู้เป็นคู่สัญญาแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นผู้ขาย ในส่วนทรัพย์สินซึ่งตนได้ส่งมอบ และเป็นผู้ซื้อในส่วนทรัพย์สินซึ่งตนได้รับในการแลกเปลี่ยนนั้น
Section 519. (Draft in English from Vol.93)
- The provisions of Title i concerning Sale apply to Exchange, each party to a contract of exchange being considered as a seller with regard to the property delivered in exchange, and as a buyer with regard to the property received in exchange.
