มาตรา 520
  • ถ้าคู่สัญญาฝ่ายหนึ่งในสัญญาแลกเปลี่ยนตกลงจะโอนเงินเพิ่มเข้ากับทรัพย์สินสิ่งอื่นให้แก่อีกฝ่ายหนึ่งไซร้ บททั้งหลายอันว่าด้วยราคาในลักษณะซื้อขายนั้น ให้ใช้ถึงเงินเช่นว่านั้นด้วย
