มาตรา 599
  • ในกรณีที่ส่งมอบเนิ่นช้าไปก็ดี หรือส่งมอบการทำชำรุดพกพร่องก็ดี ท่านว่าผู้ว่าจ้างชอบที่จะยึดหน่วงสินจ้างไว้ได้ เว้นแต่ผู้รับจ้างจะให้ประกันตามสมควร
