มาตรา 602
  • อันสินจ้างนั้นพึงใช้ให้เมื่อรับมอบการที่ทำ
  • ถ้าการที่ทำนั้นมีกำหนดว่าจะส่งรับกันเป็นส่วนๆ และได้ระบุจำนวนสินจ้างไว้เป็นส่วนๆ ไซร้ ท่านว่าพึงใช้สินจ้างเพื่อการแต่ละส่วนในเวลารับเอาส่วนนั้น

  • [II] If the work is to be accepted in parts and the remuneration has been specified for the several parts, the remuneration for each part is payable at the time of its acceptance.
