มาตรา 608
  • อันว่าผู้ขนส่งภายในความหมายแห่งกฎหมายลักษณะนี้ คือบุคคลผู้รับขนส่งของหรือคนโดยสาร เพื่อบำเหน็จเป็นทางค้าปกติของตน
