มาตรา 638
  • ผู้ขนส่งไม่ต้องรับผิดในเครื่องเดินทางซึ่งตนมิได้รับมอบหมาย เว้นแต่เมื่อเครื่องเดินทางนั้นสูญหาย หรือบุบสลายไปเพราะความผิดของผู้ขนส่งหรือลูกจ้างของผู้ขนส่ง

  • No liability is incurred by the carrier for luggage which has not been entrusted to him, unless such luggage is lost or damaged by the fault of the carrier or of his employees.
