มาตรา 649
  • ในข้อความรับผิดเพื่อเสียค่าทดแทนอันเกี่ยวกับการยืมใช้คงรูปนั้น ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้องเมื่อพันเวลาหกเดือนนับแต่วันสิ้นสัญญา
