  • ค่าฤชาธรรมเนียมในการทำสัญญาก็ดี ค่าส่งมอบและส่งคืนทรัพย์สินซึ่งยืมก็ดี ย่อมตกแก่ผู้ยืมเป็นผู้เสีย
