มาตรา 652
  • ถ้าในสัญญาไม่มีกำหนดเวลาให้คืนทรัพย์สินซึ่งยืมไป ผู้ให้ยืมจะบอกกล่าวแก่ผู้ยืมให้คืนทรัพย์สินภายในเวลาอันควร ซึ่งกำหนดให้ในคำบอกกล่าวนั้นก็ได้
