มาตรา 663
  • ถึงแม่ว่าคู่สัญญาจะได้กำหนดเวลากันไว้ว่าจะพึงคืนทรัพย์สินซึ่งฝากนั้นเมื่อไรก็ตาม ถ้าว่าผู้ฝากจะเรียกคืนในเวลาใดๆ ผู้รับฝากก็ต้องคืนให้
