มาตรา 662

• ถ้าได้กำหนดเวลากันไว้ว่าจะพึงคืนทรัพย์สินซึ่งฝากนั้นเมื่อไร ท่านว่าผู้รับฝากไม่มีสิทธิจะคืนทรัพย์สินก่อนถึงเวลากำหนด เว้นแต่ในเหตุจำเป็นอันมิอาจจะก้าวล่วงเสียได้

• If a time for the return of the property deposited has been fixed, the depositary has no right to return the property before such time, except in case of unavoidable necessity.
