มาตรา 670
  • ผู้รับฝากชอบที่จะยึดหน่วงเอาทรัพย์สินซึ่งฝากนั้นไว้ได้จนกว่าจะได้รับเงินบรรดาที่ค้างชำระแก่ตนเกี่ยวด้วยการฝากทรัพย์นั้น
