มาตรา 674
  • เจ้าสำนักโรงแรม หรือโฮเต็ล หรือสถานที่อื่นทำนองเช่นว่านั้น จะต้องรับผิดเพื่อความสูญหายหรือบุบสลายอย่างใด ๆ อันเกิดแก่ทรัพย์สินซึ่งคนเดินทาง หรือแขกอาศัย หากได้พามา
