มาตรา 683
  • อันค้ำประกันอย่างไม่มีจำกัดนั้น ย่อมคุ้มถึงดอกเบี้ยและค่าสินไหมทอดแทนซึ่งลูกหนี้ค้างชำระ ตลอดจนค่าภาระติดพันอันเป็นอุปกรณ์แห่งหนี้รายนั้นด้วย
