มาตรา 708
  • สัญญาจำนองนั้น ต้องมีจำนวนเงินระบุไว้เป็นเรือนเงินสยามเป็นจำนวนแน่ตรงตัว หรือจำนวนชั้นสูงสุดที่ได้เอาทรัพย์สินจำนองนั้นตราไว้เป็นประกัน
