มาตรา 736
  • ผู้รับโอนทรัพย์สินซึ่งจำนองจะไถ่ถอนจำนองก็ได้ ถ้าหากมิได้เป็นตัวลูกหนี้หรือผู้ค้ำประกัน หรือเป็นทายาทของลูกหนี้ หรือผู้ค้ำประกัน
