มาตรา 741
  • เมื่อเจ้าหนี้ทั้งหลายได้สนองรับคำเสนอทั่วทุกคนแล้ว โดยแสดงออกชัดหรือโดยปริยายก็ดี ท่านว่าจำนองหรือบุริมสิทธิก็ เป็นอันไถ่ถอนได้ด้วยผู้รับโอนใช้เงิน หรือวางเงินตามจำนวนที่เสนอ จะใช้แทนการชำระหนี้
