มาตรา 741
- เมื่อเจ้าหนี้ทั้งหลายได้สนองรับคำเสนอทั่วทุกคนแล้ว โดยแสดงออกชัดหรือโดยปริยายก็ดี ท่านว่าจำนองหรือบุริมสิทธิก็ เป็นอันไถ่ถอนได้ด้วยผู้รับโอนใช้เงิน หรือวางเงินตามจำนวนที่เสนอ จะใช้แทนการชำระหนี้

- When all the creditors have accepted the offer, either expressly or impliedly, the mortgages and preferential rights are removed by the transferee paying or depositing in lieu of performance the sum offered.
