มาตรา 771
  • บทบัญญัติทั้งหลายในประมวลกฎหมายนี้ อันว่าด้วยฝากทรัพย์นั้น ท่านให้นำมาใช้บังคับแก่การเก็บของในคลังสินค้าด้วยเพียงเท่าที่ไม่ขัดกับบทบัญญัติในลักษณะนี้
