- การเพิกถอนดังกล่าวมาในบทมาตราก่อนนั้น ไม่อาจกระทบกระทั่งถึงสิทธิของบุคคลภายนอก อันได้มาโดยสุจริตก่อนเริ่มฟ้องคดีขอเพิกถอน
- อนึ่ง ความที่กล่าวมาในวรรคก่อนนี้ ท่านมิให้ใช้บังคับ ถ้าสิทธินั้นได้มาโดยเสน่หา
