มาตรา 169
- อายุความนั้น ท่านให้นับเริ่มแต่ขณะที่จะอาจบังคับสิทธิเรียกร้องได้เป็นต้นไป ถ้าเป็นสิทธิเรียกร้องเพื่อให้งดเว้นกระทำการอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง ท่านให้นับอายุความเริ่มแต่เวลาแรกที่ละเมิดสิทธินั้นเป็นต้นไป
