- ผู้เยาว์จะขออนุญาตผู้แทนโดยชอบธรรมเพื่อทำกิจการค้าขายรายหนึ่งหรือหลายรายก็ได้ ถ้าผู้แทนโดยชอบธรรมไม่อนุญาต และผู้เยาว์ร้องขอต่อศาลๆ จะมีคำสั่งมอบอำนาจให้ผู้เยาว์ทำกิจการค้าขายก็ได้ เมื่อเห็นว่าการนั้นจะเป็นคุณประโยชน์แก่ผู้เยาว์
