มาตรา 180
- เจ้าหนี้ผู้จะได้รับใช้เงินเป็นคราวๆ ตามมูลแห่งหนี้ มีสิทธิที่จะให้ลูกหนี้ทำหนังสือรับสภาพหนี้ให้ในเวลาหนึ่งเวลาใดก่อนอายุความครบบริบูรณ์ เพื่อเป็นหลักฐานว่าอายุความสดุดหยุดลง
